Terms & Conditions

An Siopa Páipéar reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. By continuing to use this website (www.thepapershop.ie) you accept to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

By placing an order with An Siopa Páipéar you are accepting the following Terms and Conditions. Our Privacy Policy is also available to view.

 

If ordering a bespoke option a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.The deposit secures the price of items confirmed at the time of ordering. Balance is due one week prior to delivery.

 

You have the right to cancel the order at any stage; however the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of an order being cancelled, all work completed that exceeds the deposit must be paid for.

 

Your order will only be dispatched when the final balance has been received and cleared.

 

We reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect orders that have been confirmed.

 

The quotations are valid for 30 days only.

 

Discounts are applied to ceremony booklets or any other stationery items (e.g. menus, table plan, place name cards etc.), only if the invitations are purchased from us.

 

Please note that the clients may also collect their orders from ‘An Siopa Páipéar Wedding Stationery Specialists” free of charge. Please contact us for details.

 

Please note that a bespoke order usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks for completion. However, we can accommodate a limited number of rush orders each month. If you require a guaranteed delivery of your invitations in two weeks or less, there is a 20% rush fee charge.

 

As most of our stationery items and are handmade, the client accepts there will be slight variations between items, colour of card and paper, blemishes (especially with the vintage and seeded paper) and other variations. We order regular maintenance to printers and other equipment which can affect the colour.

 

As the stationery (including plantable stationery) is made to order, minor variations in colour, texture, size and positioning can occur and do not constitute a fault.

 

An Siopa Páipéar deliveries will always be sent by by courier and may require a signature. Some couriers will leave a package with a neighbour if you are not home. Once the package leaves our studio it is your responsibility to follow up shipments that are delivered and may be with a neighbour.

 

International delivery is also available – please contact us for an accurate estimation of the costs.

 

An Siopa Páipéar will not be held responsible for delivery delays beyond our control, loss or damaged goods once they have been dispatched.

 

An Siopa Páipéar is not responsible for damages during transit. Once a package leaves our studio, we are no longer responsible for it. If you would like your package insured you must let us know. Most packages within Ireland are shipped with Fastway and Fastway automatically insures the package up to €400, but it can take up to 4 months to receive a refund if we make a claim. Also, you MUST notify us within 24 hours of a damaged package or we cannot make any claims for damages regardless of circumstances. You must also take photos of the damage and submit to us within 24 hours.

 

A discreet promotional logo will be printed on the back of some of the stationery items with your permission.

 

An Siopa Páipéar will print the invitations as per approved proofs. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the digital proofs of the invitations, response cards, mass/ceremony booklets or any other stationery items thoroughly and return these by e-mail with any amendments required. Once proofs have been confirmed and approved, An Siopa Páipéar accepts no responsibility for any mistakes made by the customer. If customising your own design using our templates the customer is 100% responsible for proofreading.

 

In the unlikely event of an invitation style being out of stock, we will promptly inform you.

 

An Siopa Páipéar reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it breaches copyright or we deem to be offensive or in breach of any law.
